They’ve got a gel liner inside – for protection of your knees, furthermore adaptive gel liner takes a shape of any knees. Additionally they have non-slip strap which, keeps the knee pads in place even during intense movements.
You should measure the circumference of the thigh 13 cm above the middle of the knee.
If your thigh size measured 13cm from mid-knee is larger than 43/44 cm, we recommend choosing a size M/L.
